Looking at our notes, in 1990 on May 3rd we had three Yellow Rails (two seen extremely well, within a couple of feet ) at Pt. Mahon Road in Delaware. Time was 9:45-10:45 p.m. Up to 6 Black Rails were also heard calling, but we did not seek them out. The Yellow Rails were only at this site for a few days.

Just to indicate that the Yellow Rail passage through the mid-Atlantic can extend into at least early May.
