I stopped at the Kent Narrows this morning around 8:00. With the very high
tides, the parking lot of the Jetty was all underwater. Nothing floating in
the Narrows. In the small pond across the street from Fisherman's, there
were 5 Black Crowned Night Herons resting in the small trees. Further up
the road, there were many Ruddy Ducks and nothing else.

I then went to Tuckahoe and Adkins. Of note:

2 Yellow Bellied Sapsuckers chasing each other thru the trees.
Pine Warblers - several singing at the Lake
    Field Sparrows: many at Adkins
Blue Gray Gnatcatchers: 2 at the Lake
Phoebe: at least 3 singing over and over and over
Towhees: several and great looks at one singing
Coots: at least 15 continue at the Lake at Tuckahoe

Ovenbirds and Waterthrushes are still absent.

While driving around, I had a male and female Wood Duck floating in a large
field pond after our 4 1/2 inches of rain.
