Hello all.
I checked out Compass Pointe Golf Course today. The meadow areas and
wooded margins were particulaly productive. One of the day's first birds was a
GRASSHOPPER SPARROW, seen in the tall grasses off of Water Oak Point Road.
Also, there were lots of Field Sparrows singing and a flyover of 3 Chimney
Swifts.
Totals, North Course and edge of Water Oak Point Road:
