It was a really beautiful morning on the Canal. Highlights were PROTHONOTARY and NORTHER PARULA. There were a lot of Blue Gray Gnatcatchers, 3 Louisiana Waterthrush and Andy Martin and I located a singing Pine Warbler. I also spotted 3 Black Crowned Night Herons in a tree over the river near the western extent of the turning basin west of the aqueduct. There was an Osprey flyover as well.
