Parking is enforced Monday through Thursday until 9PM and Friday until 
3:30PM on all campus lots and roadways.  That means you must have a UMBC 
parking pass or park in a metered lot.  The best time to visit would be on the 
weekend.  The campus is really quiet then and parking on the roadways, etc. 
is not enforced.  I work at UMBC and have been birding here some ( I am a 
novice) and have found it to be very interesting.  Areas around campus other 
than CERA are very birdy, also.  Watch out for those deer, though!   They 
were trying to intimidate me last weekend.  LOL!
