On Saturday late afternoon at the Little Patuxent Oxbow Lake Nature Preserve 
(Anne Arundel County), the cooler weather put a damper on the birds 
observed. The Laurel are just starting to bloom (in full bloom the walk from the 
entrance off Oxblow Place to the southern cove is beautiful). Here's the list:
