I did a quick trip on the River Trail at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens mid-morning. The best birds were a flock of about a dozen BOBOLINKS at the bend in the trail. There were very few warblers--just a few YELLOW-RUMPS, two NORTHERN PARULA, and two COMMON YELLOWTHROATS. Other birds were: WARBLING, RED-EYED, and WHITE-EYED VIREO, INDIGO BUNTING, ORCHARD ORIOLE,and CATBIRD. Near the visitors center, there was a GREAT-CRESTED FLYCATCHER.
