Hi MD,

This afternoon I happened upon a non-singing adult male Mourning Warbler.  The bird was in a thicket on the edge of a small pond just off the C&O Canal about 1/3 mile above mile marker 167 west of Oldtown.  This was a county bird for me, my second in 10 days after going almost 1 1/2 years without a new one.
