After reading Kurt Schwartz's posting, I thought I'd try my luck at the Middle
Patuxent Environmental Area (MPEA) starting at the entrance off Trotter Road.

I saw the Mourning Warbler near post 11 where it crosses the small stream. If
you were approaching from post 10 and nearing post 11, there is a place in
the trail where you'll see a flowering bush on the right. Between the bush and
the trail there are about 6 small trees close together. The flowering bush has a
tangle at the bottom of it. The Mourning Warbler was working its way around
that tangle.

In the same area, I heard the Swainson's Thrush.

The MPEA is just beautiful and lush. I'd recommend that from the new meadow
at the beginning of the Wildlife Loop Trail, you take the trail to the left
towards post 17. As Kurt indicated, post 14 was where the action was. Not on
Kurt's list but at post 14 was a Common Yellowthroat and Black-and-white
Warblers. Along the way, the woods were filled with Wood Thrush, Veery, and
Ovenbirds.

I didn't make it over to the Southwind Circle entrance to check out Clegg's
Meadow. (You can also walk there from connector trail at post 2, too.)
