Hello,

John Hubbell called me this morning while we were
along Old Legislative Road in Allegany County this
morning. Thanks, J.B., and John! We (Lisa Shannon,
Paul Pisano, and Ottavio Janni) eventually made it
over there and with the help of Mikey L., located the
phalarope, a female. We saw most of the species J. B.
detailed in his posting. A male Yellow-throated Vireo
visible over our heads was a nice treat.

John Hubble was on his way over there about 90 minutes
ago, so hopefully he will get to see it.

I just returned from North Branch where I found a
Red-necked Phalarope this morning. I called Ray Kiddy
and he left the warblers on Green Ridge Road and came
right over. Hopefully others that we called (Mikey
L., David Y, John Hubble) will get to see this bird
today.
