Question about Cerulean Warblers

I walked along the canal from mile 25-27 this morning and I didn't hear any Ceruleans singing, I did hear several Wood Thrush and a Veery. Are there any locations along the Canal where Ceruleans are nesting? Chris Barnard Rockville, MD
