Hi All - My son Ken, from Houston, will be visiting me next week. 
Although this is not primarily a birding trip for him, he would very 
much like to find some Saltmarsh Sharp-tailed Sparrows (or maybe just 
one).  I haven't seen many of those, and all of my sightings were on the 
Eastern Shore, at Deal Island, Elliot Island Rd., and Bombay Hook.  Can 
anyone suggest places that are reasonably reliable for SSTSs and closer 
to home?  Or better locations that aren't closer to home?
