The Liberty Watershed area at the end of Bollinger Mill Rd in Carroll County
was quite birdy this morning. The highlight of my walk was seeing a pair of
Kentucky Warblers. I heard a third Kentucky as well. Hooded and Worm-
eating Warblers were plentiful, with at least 6 of each. Other birds included 2
Belted Kingfishers, an eye-level Scarlet Tanager, a Black-and-white Warbler
carrying food, and a Fish Crow calling.

Earlier in the morning, I had walked the Red and Orange trails at Soldiers
Delight in Baltimore County. I was successful at seeing a Summer Tanager
and heard a second bird. Thanks to Keith Costley for the helpful information.
