Forgot to mention this previously...

I had a fly-by Common Nighthawk right at dusk last evening on the North East
River (Cecil County).

The bird past by as our boat-load while we were awaiting the the North East
River Fireworks to begin. Our location was just south of Oyster Shell Point
and that seemed to be where the bird was heading. Oyster Shell Point is
desolate piece of property owned by AMTRAK.

I know that this is an historical breeder for the area, but I don't believe
there are many (any) recent sightings for this bird at this time of the
year. Can anyone provide more info regarding this query>?

At any rate, keep looking up....
