The older Nikon lenses are advertised to work with the Nikon D60 at least,
and I suspect with the others. Of course, the auto focus and auto aperture
mechanisms won't work, and I don't know if there is a nice split focus ring
in the viewfinder to help with the manual focus. On the other hand, the
smaller size of the ccd as compared to the 35 mm film means that the focal
length of the old lenses is effectively doubled when used with the new
bodies over what they were when used with the older film-using bodies.
