Not- trying to step on Sean's toes here; but I'd thought I'd make a quick post to the listserve concerning a message Mr. McCandless left for me an hour or so ago.  
 
From the Perryville Town Park Sean said he had at least twenty BLACK TERN out on the Susquahanna Flats. Other notables that he mentioned in his message were many Pied-billed Grebe... I am sure that he will make a longer post later concerning specifics.  I just thought I'd note it for anyone wishing to pick up a seemingly easy county/life/or state bird in Cecil this afternoon...
