The Say's Phoebe was seen briefly around 9AM, continuously from 10-1PM, still 
hanging about the corral when I left.
 
From the intersection of River Rd and Hughs Rd (opposite the entrance to 
Hugh's Hollow) go north on Hugh's about 100yds to small pulloffs on the left and 
right.
 
To the left is a large horse pasture whith a white fence corral, and a 
telephone line that runs down to a farm house and barns. The bird spent the last 
three hours at the corral, on the fence and at least half of the time feeding on 
the ground in the short grass. It also perched on the phone line, and 
disappeared in the direction of the farm house at one point, coming back to the corral 
after 30 minutes.
