hello all

I am planning on a trip to Blackwater on 10/8 with some friends from 
central PA, Aden Troyer, Chuck Berthoud and Gideon Renno.

Any news on the White Pelicans?  I was surprised to hear that some 
stayed over the summer, as I had seen a dozen or so of them on 4/1, 
which was my first trip down there.

I had subbed to this listserv over the summer, but it looked like 
this trip wasn't going to come to be, so I unsubbed.  When it looked 
like the trip was back on, I did have a bit of trouble subbing to the list.

The White Pelican and the Brown Headed Nuthatch were both lifers this 
spring, I am hoping to see them again and share them with my friends 
who are coming along this trip.

Now that I am back on the list, I will keep my eye out for anything 
else that is worth visiting on that day.
