Regarding my statement, "Most of the trees in the [Janes Island State Park] 
park are pitch pine (needles are in bundles of three), I believe." I believe I was 
wrong - the pines, I'm told, are most likely loblolly [thanks, Lance]. Sorry for 
any confusion.
