Hughes Hollow this afternoon

At Hughes Hollow today, about 4pm. Woodpeckers: Red-headed, a number, 
both juvenile and adult, Red-bellied, Downy, Flicker and Yellow-bellied 
Sapsucker. Sparrows: Juvenile White-crowned, a number, Field, Song, White-
throated. Others: Bluebird, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, Rusty Blackbirds, Red-
winged Blackbirds, Purple Finch, Palm Warbler, Goldfinches, all now in eclipse, 
juvenile Red-shouldered Hawk, Great Blue Heron, Turkey Vultures and a large 
number of Black Vultures reconnoitering, undoubtedly from the Seneca Creek 
Coven. All from walking the dikes.
