HI all --

Barry just called me from Hain's Point where he has a female Surf Scoter in with about a dozen Ruddy Ducks in the Washington Channel, opposite the beginning of the golf course (on right).

Surf Scoter is a difficult species in DC so other DC listers may be interested in looking for this bird.
