This afternoon between 4:15 and 5:45 I walked the dikes at Hughes Hollow in 
Montgomery County. There were lots of Rusty Blackbirds, several Sapsuckers 
and a gorgeous Northern Harrier that flew from the second impoundment on 
the right across the dike to the larger one on the left.
