Hola, yesterday morning while I was walking to the
Starbucks, I saw a Red-tailed Hawk fly low over
Wisconsin Avenue near the women's farm market.  It was
flying at about 5th or 6th story level.  I don't think
I've seen a Red-tail fly so low over Bethesda before. 
It was thrilling.
