Gorgeous day at Black Hill - not a breeze stirring the
water.  Had an overflight of one sandhill crane - have
no idea where it came from or went to!

  also had 2 redthroated loons, 2 horned grebes and 5
or 6 piebilled grebes.

  Not many varieties of ducks:
Black
Mallard
Ring necked
Buffleheads
Ruddy

  The bald eagle pair took turns getting the birds
into the air. Neat to see.

At the visitor center had both red breasted and white
breasted nuthatches.  Nice to see
