Jon Little of Winchester, VA just called me to let me know that he & BJ just found two ROUGH-LEGGED HAWKS, a SHORT-EARED OWL, an AMERICAN BITTERN, a KING RAIL, and at least 4 NORTHERN HARRIERS in the same area the ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was reported earlier at the Blackwater NWR, Dorchester Co in the vicinity of Cedar Creek Rd.  At one point the 2 ROUGH-LEGGED HAWKS were perched on a snag in the marsh before they resumed hunting.
