Carol and Others:

I have been visiting Rumbly Point Road since the 70s.  Its a truly
wonderful place, one of my favorites in the world.  That said, I wonder
with sea level rise and so many places under assault from human development
whether this isn't an opportunity to let an area revert back to a more
whole system ... particularly if the marsh along the road can be restored.
