Rob Hilton called to say that Paul Pisano and Gary Allport found what appear 
to be a second cycle Yellow-legged Gull and a first winter Mew Gull 
(Short-billed, not Common) in Anacostia River Park this morning.   This being a third 
hand report, I have few details, but both species are review list birds and 
details should be forwarded to Phil Davis for MD/DC Records Committee review.
