Found the white-winged crossbill at 12:50.  It was with 25-30 house finches visiting a feeder at a house with a back porch visible from the north side of Sligo Creek Parkway just east of the bridge.  The flock was flying back and forth from the feeder to the trees above the creek on the south side of the road.
