The ones that I am familiar with are:

Conowingo Dam Bridge (US-1)
We observed the 2 Peregrines on the Rock Run CBC.

William Preston Lane, Jr. Memorial Bridge [Chesapeake Bay Bridge] 
(US-50/301)
We observed at least 1 of the 2 Peregrines on the Annapolis/Gibson Island 
CBC.

Craighill Channel Rear Range Light [not a bridge]
We did not observe these 2 Peregrines on the Baltimore Harbor CBC.

Francis Scott Key Bridge (I-695)
I don't know if these Peregrines were observed on the Baltimore Harbor CBC.
