Hi Melanie As you mentioned the Chesapeake Bay Bridge / Rt 50 used to hold a nesting pair . I think I read a couple of years ago that the DNR trapped the female to move her offsite because of construction and the safety of the workers . She was quite agressive and would divebomb the workers according to the article . I do not know if there still any Peregines left there or not . While I am here
I thought I mention that while this is not a bridge or over water that pair that nested in downtown Baltimore on a building for a number of years . Also I do not know if thats still the case or not maybe someone can comment on that .
