I made a quick stop at the Kent Narrows (behind the Jetty bar and
restaurant) on the way home from a dental appt. The numbers were low but
there were a few things to look at:
    Common Goldeneye - 2
    Long Tailed Duck - 3
    Coots - 12
    Greater Scaup - 8
    Bufflehead - 2
    Mallards - some

I had a nice trip to Bombay Hook on Saturday. Variety was low but if you
like Bald Eagles, Northern Harriers and Northern Pintails, you were in the
right place.

While walking thru the yard yesterday, I had a Common Garter Snake trying to
find some heat in the sun. I know it wasn't dead because it moved when I
bent down to see if it was dead.
