"Far north" birding (was Modern day record?)

OK, I can't resist.
I don't know what you consider "far north", but the following 41 species 
were seen in the northeast corner of Minnesota on the Grand Marais CBC 
last month. Thankfully, it's more than just ravens around a dumpster.

[I will admit I have no idea what birds one would find in, say, 
Churchill in December.]
