The early birds got the Crossbill today.  A small passel of hopeful birders
watched from around 1 to 2 today, with no luck.  Bummer.  But we did get
nice views of a sapsucker.  We all gave up when a sharpie started soaring
overhead.

Fellow birders,
I and about a dozen others were fortuntate to get a prolonged look at a male
White-winged Crossbill at feeders at the previously-noted location off Sligo
Creek Parkway at 8:45 am this morning. Third time is a charm!
