A note on a similar subject, the Park Police do NOT want people parking at 
the site from where you can view the crossbills.  They ask people to proceed 
along Sligo Creek Parkway a short distance, turn right on Burnett Avenue and 
then an immediate right on Leighton Avenue.  Park on Leighton Avenue.  It's 
only a short walk (100 yards) across an open field back to the viewing site.
