Small correction to Bill's post:? It is the Edgewood Arsenal area of the Aberdeen Proving Ground, not Edgewater.?

Subject: [MDOSPREY] Edgewater and Aberdeen Proving Grounds (and vicinity)

Hi Everyone,

After sleeping in yesterday like a bum yesterday, I decided to head up to
Harford Co. The timing was great for meeting up with Matt Hafner, who had
needed to return to the area early from birding Howard and Carroll
Counties. We decided to bird Edgewater and Aberdeen Proving Grounds, which
are both restricted military sites that require government ID. I'm glad I
met up with Matt, as mine had expired and was confiscated (standard
policy) at the gate. Whew... The good part was we were in. (Actually, only
the driver needs proper ID as I understand the policy.)

The following are full reports for all sites, as the great water access
sites get little coverage. I've bolded some of the less expected species.
