I guess it is or will soon be breeding time for BB's. 
On SAT while driving to Jefferson, MD i noticed a
Bluebird perched on top of a nest box in a farm field.
 I spruced up my yard box, not that it will do any
good.  If past years are any indication, only House
sparrows will scope out my box.  This box was
purchased at Audubon Naturalist Society, but has been
a total disappointment over these many years.  I did
have a BB pair check it out the first year, but not
since.  I keep moving it around.  Currently, it is
facing east, but is under an eve of my shed – could
that be part of the problem…???
