Winger, good luck.  Yesterday I finally saw the
crossbill on the seventh (or eighth??) day that I went
to look for it.  Also, the black squirrel is an
individual color variation, not a subspecies.  

Leo, I'm hoping it doesn't take me seven times before
I see that Painted Bunting.  I haven't made any
attempts so far.
