Today (Feb 9) in northern Howard County I saw 3 Horned Larks and 2 Killdeer 
along Old Frederick Road just west of Underwood Road and an American 
Kestrel along Old Frederick east of Underwood. Also at Mount Pleasant heard a 
Yellow-rumped Warbler and observed a handsome male Eastern Bluebird.
