We've had the pleasure of a red-breasted nuthatch daily for about the last
month. The pine siskins showed up again today. Bad weather brings good
birds again!
Unfortunately, our white-breasted nuthatches haven't been seen lately.

The neighborhood has been looking like a Hitchcock movie with the influx of
grackles, red-winged blackbirds and starlings. Emily has been chasing them
off the feeders all day. What a waste of energy (grin).
I also have a bumper crop of house sparrows. (bummer)
