Hello,

After successfully seeing the Painted Bunting (ABA Year Bird #281) this afternoon in Arnold, my family and I visited Sandy Point SP to check for waterfowl and gulls.  There were relatively few birds around in general, but waterfowl included both Scaup, a Common Goldeneye, a few Buffleheads, and Canada Geese.  There was an Eastern Towhee calling from the vegetation near the picnic area at the north end of the park.

The area hosting the PABU is fairly birdy as well, and included a Chipping Sparrow at the feeder.  The complete list of birds my family and I observed while there is below.
