I don't understand why discussion of this topic has to be so personal and
unpleasant.  The facts are quite simple.  Compilation of the Atlas was a
state-wide group effort.  The Rules Committee wants to include photographs
from as many individuals as possible....making it a state-wide group
effort.  That's a perfectly reasonable position.  If you don't like the
rules, don't participate.  If you want to publicly express your
disagreement, do so. But please do it calmly.
