They  dipped on the PA Prairie Falcon early this  morning.



I know this is out of bounds, but since Marcia mentioned it: three of us  saw 
the falcon Friday morning around 8:30am. It was perching in what is  
apparently its #1 snag when we arrived and was already in another birder's  scope, 
fortunately, as it was quite distant. It had been there since 7:15 but  left 
while we were there.
