I missed a wonderful chance for a Black Vulture Photo recently. Black
Vultures were perched on each of the two chimneys of a 95-yr-old neighbor's
house. I went home for my camera, but on my way back the vultures came
flying by. Drat! I am sure the neighbor lady would have gotten a good
laugh out of that one.

This is not very funny but true. I once observed a kettle of vultures over
a hospice center in Derwood.

A great visual to be sure, but it can't compare to seeing 8 of them sitting
on top of the roofline of a funeral home in Annapolis!!! (Someone cue
Charles Addams)
