Greetings,

I don't think it has been passed on to MDOsprey, so I'll do the honors...
Yesterday a EUWI was found at the Perryville Community Park in Cecil County,
by a PA birder. The bird was relocated this morning along the near shore of Mill
Creek in the area of the first picnic tables along the park's loop. It was
associating with a large raft of American Coots which also held other dabbling
ducks...

I have a hunch that this may be a reliabe bird if anyone is into chasing it this
afternoon or tomorrow. I say this because the coots have been present (in
numbers reaching 5000+) since October. But, then again, birds DO have
wings...

I have some photos of the bird. If anyone wants to view them, please contact
me off-list.

BTW- I have yet to see the bird (other than photos) myslef... (tomorrow???)

Good birding and good luck,
Chris Starling
