I walked the Capital Crescent Trail north of Fletcher's Boat House
this morning in search of the Yellow-throated Warbler--and was
successful. I heard one and saw two just north of the 8 mile Post.
Goeff Goff reported two more along a trail close to the river in the
same vicinity. In addition there were more than five Parulas, a
single Yellow-rumped Warbler, Ruby-crowned Kinglets and Blue-gray
Gnatcatchers.

Later in the morning I visited Riley's Lock and only heard the
persistent song of the Yellow-throated Warbler. Also I saw several
Parula, many Yellow-rumped Warblers, and a Palm Warbler (yellow).

Have Fun Birding!
