When Barry lost one of the eyecups to his new Nikon 10x42s in late 2007, he called Nikon and was told that "we do not keep them in stock..." (which seems incredible, since they come off so easily) -- he ordered two and when they arrived 7 weeks (!!) later they were the wrong size (for the 8s). He has still to get the right size and it has now been over three months...

So he is not happy with Nikon service -- great bins, however!
