I drove the tour route at Antietam Battlefield this afternoon to check for
new arrivals.

Eastern Bluebird (Not new, but everywhere)
Cliff Swallow (Many at Burnside Bridge)
Prairie Warbler (At the usual place near Tour stop #10)
 Yellow-breasted Chat (As above)
Grasshopper Sparrow (Same spot as last year, Tour stop #4)

Did not find a Vesper Sparrow. A regular perch tree, between stops 2 & 3,
was removed by the Park Service during the winter. The tree was in no way
diseased or injured. The Park has been doing a lot of cutting of trees and
brush.
