After trying unsuccessfully for the clay-colored sparrow at Constitution Gardens, I stopped by the National Arboretum briefly this morning, avoiding the crowds around the azaleas.

There was a Bay-Breasted warbler and a Nashville warbler, both giving good looks, at the loop that overlooks the river up from the holly collection.  Also in that area were an Ovenbird, Yellow-rumps, and a Black-Throated Blue and two male Scarlet Tanagers.  Around Fern valley, I heard Black-throated Green and a Yellow-Billed Cuckoo.
