Maybe Bob wasn't around the year we had a Blue-wing doing the Golden-wing
song at Hashawa for the May count. We were very persistent and finally got a
look at the bird, which didn't look like a hybrid. We were ready to pack him
off to Garrett just for messing with us. We would have been thrilled+ if we
had a Golden-wing here in Carroll.
