Hello All,

While watching a singing Willow Flycatcher this morning where it was seen yesterday, I saw Leo Weigant & Tom Feild. They had just heard (scarcely a hundred yards away) an Alder Flycatcher in the area where the LeConte Sparrow was seen last week. They kindly went back with me to find the Alder, and within a few minutes, we were able to hear both the Alder and another Willow singing at the same time. Again, this is the road through the marsh that connects the central road running south through the field with the Bobwhite Trail which begins at the Nature Center.

The Alder Flycatcher is a first for me in AnneArundel County.

Bill
